Uses:

As a quality improver, it can improve the complexing metal ions, pH value and ionic strength of food, thus improving the binding force and water holding capacity of food.Chinese regulations allow cheese to be used up to 5g/kg.The maximum usage in western ham, meat, fish, shrimp and crab is 3.0g/kg.The maximum usage is 0.5g/kg in cans, fruit juices, beverages and dairy products.
